My name is James Kelty IV, owner and NYS Inspector for Kelty Inspection Services LLC. Inspectors Background
James Kelty has worked in the non-for-profit industry under the federal Weatherization Assistance Program grant, between 2009 until 2021. Working his way through the ranks from laborer to director of a non-for-profit agency, learning and gathering knowledge along the way.

In 2021, he started a home performance company to help moderate to low income family's get low cost to free energy improvements on their homes. Including but not limited to; heating systems, water heaters, air-sealing, insulation, health and safety measures as well. While also giving insight into to how to make their home more energy efficient by changing small daily routines to cut down on energy costs.
